We could still sell players to Germany, France and Spain till midnight tomorrow

Think I am there

Sissoko could still go?

All in all a good window, replaced walker with arguably as good a player in Aurier ( if not better) bought a beast of a CB in Sanchez and a massively experienced striker in Llorente (who sacked Chelsea:D) we got in Barkley's ear (who also sacked Chelsea:D) and we also signed highly rated CB in Juan Foyth. Not signing Ross Barkley isn't a big deal, was never fussed whether he joined us or not but its frustrating that no one from our club has managed to identify a player capable of making a difference with pace and skill to take on opposition defences.

I'm hoping Edwards is able to make the step up to the first team. There's always the danger of missing out on players by trying to do deals at this late stage, and we don't seem to have learnt from previous seasons.

Well that, I'm afraid, again is another transfer window where we failed to big the players that we need. How many more managers is DL going to undermine and penny pinch when it comes to getting what they want. Personally I think Poch will be absolutely fuming with our club and I wouldn't blame him.

It's going to be embarrassing watching Moussa (utter garbage) Sissoko walk out on to the pitch for our first 3 games of the Champs League.

Thank you to all the ITKs, however their silence was deafening today and i feel we may hear murmurings of discontent from or manager in the next couple of days. I fear the worst.

I feel like yet again we've tred water.

We need creativity in the middle of the park. We've failed to improve it, again. We need some pace and dribbling ability. We've failed to improve it, again.

What are we trying to achieve? It's a bigger pitch and we are going to struggle even more with the lack of creativity and athletism in the squad.

Then with the transfers bar Aurier who obviously had his issues in France, why are we waiting so late? Are these signings really worth waiting to varying dates in August for?

Very disappointing.

One day, in some distant future, we will bring in a fast, wing forward that can dribble, creat and score. It might not be in my lifetime, but it will happen. I believe.

In my time in UK following Spurs we've had two: Ginola and Bale.

In my time, following Spurs, we've had our best performing seasons without such a player. Last year and the year before.

We don't play 4-4-2 any more.

to be completely honest, this was better than what I expected

I thought it was Aurier and nothing more. So Llorente is a welcomed addition.

The others we were always going to fail. We always do

At least we didn't do a panic buy like Sissoko.

So in general a good window. We are better than last season. Aurier es potentialy better than Walker. Sanchez better than Wimmer and Llorente a million times better than Janssen. We are def stronger
