Well what a game! Every game Turkey has played so far (bar the portugal game) was brilliant in the entertainment sense. Although I'm of greek disent (totally gutted for greece lol) I am very happy for Turkey they have done brilliantly.

Well done to Germany though I think they'll go all the way now.

Power cut in Basel, not really the BBC's fault. :lol:

Actually it was power and satellite issues in Vienna. I am out here covering Euro 2008 and I'm located in the Main Press Centre (which is next to the Broadcast Centre).

We had a massive storm come in during the 1st half with winds nearly 100 km/h. It got to the stage where they nearly evacuated both buildings. Fanzone in Vienna was evacuated with 2 people injured during that.

I've been through hurricanes and tropical storms in my time but nothing has come on so quickly as the storm did last night. Looking at the stadium in Vienna during the electrical storm was incredible; pitch black one moment and then pure white light.

Hopefully the weather will hold for tonight's semi.
