Missed almost all the match, not sorry because it sounds like Spain pounded them--but ironically (b/c it was storming at the match), here in the Middle West of the United States there was a very big storm that knocked power out for at least 3 or 4 hours...

I know it's not terribly PC, but I can't help but think of Ballack and Lehmann in particular gazing at a blazing Russian village from the turret of a Tiger.
Victor, Valiant, Commando Picture Library… Magic! They're reprinting them now, you know. Paddy Payne, Battler Britton, Rockfist Rogan… Aahh, happy memories.
I've just realised that Ballack bears a more than passing resemblance to Stephen Boyd, Total Bastard Messala in 'Ben-Hur'. Another reason to hate him.

i'm really hoping Spain thrash Germany tonight, for pure footballing reasons. Spain should be given the football's version of the Nobel prize for playing scintillating football. England and Germany should learn from countries like Spain, Portugal and Holland.

he should be, thats what the reports are saying.
I dont think there was anything wrong with him, and they just tryed to play games on their starting line up.
