Paratici has clearly been putting groundwork in on the first two. I always assumed we'd get gazumped by an elite club but with Conte here he might actually be able to bring them in. Brozovic would be a no brainer due to his understanding of Conte's systems. I've also seen Romagnoli (CB) linked who is also running his contract down.

Wasn't one of the main issues that broke down the deal in the summer surrounding Conte's staff?

Either we are just giving Conte carte blanche now or Levy is going to rug him hard but in any case, we won't have to wait long to find out.

I don't see how they get round that unless we concede on it. Maybe thats another reason for the short contracts I suppose?
