It can't be all on him, he is in charge and ultimately he is the one who will get the bullet if we continue to perform like this but he isn't a player on the pitch doing shit passes and not pressing etc, he isn't telling them to do that, the players are not following his instructions. Just the same as what the players did under AVB.

i agree to a point, but he keep picking the same players in the same roles and stick with them regardless of results and form, lamela for me despite his faults is much more suited to the high press than the lazy chadli but hardly gets a look in.

I don't expect top 4, i think with the squad we've got we will do well to have finished 6th, but i expect the manager to organise the defence, build a style, a shape and drill into the players what he expects. I don't see any shape, the high press is none existant, we have no width, no identity and don't understand why some players can play crap every week whilst other than are probably not going to perform any better but still don't get a luck in. Chadli hasn't had a good game for over 3 months, yet starts every game regardless.

If we were doing all that you have just said consistently then we'd be in the top 4. We haven't got the players to get results consistently.

Don't know what to think. We were so poor against Burnley, so I expected some changes after that. But no, we continue to bang our head on the wall with the same formation. And I think it was clear for all (except Poch) that it's not the best idea to go with Bentaleb and Mason as CMs or what ever their role should be called. And I do not know what Chadli has done recently to earn a place in the starting line up. We were as poor today as we were against Burnley and IMO it's because of Poch don't know what he is doing with players he has. I am so disappointed.

We should get 3 points against the teams like Burnley and Aston Villa, but we didn´t. There was no desire, there was no idea, there was no passion. What the fuck is Poch doing. I just do not know!

I still think we need a new LB and have him competing with him. Can't fault his endeavour though and that is a huge developmental plus for him this season. Got a lot for respect for that. Poch brought that out of him as well tbf.

Haha can't agree with you there, I think Rose has been superb this year. He's responded beautifully to us going out and getting Davies. You can expect sheer grit and energy every single week from him. He's everything I wish the rest of the squad would be atm, as our attacking players in particular have no will whatsoever and are far too easy to give up both offensively and defensively.

No secret I wanted Tim to stay on as manager, but even I don't credit him with tactical genius. It is so easy for any side playing with aggression and pace can nullify us and carve us open.

I hope Poch is learning from this because other Premiership managers are.
