maybe today will be the day Lennon delivers his annual goal and/or assist
Why? How many you think we'll win by?
lets be honest. most people decided they were going to complain about the lineup well before it was announced

What a fucking waste of money I'd hazard a guess at.I wonder what levy is thinking btw seeing all of his big money signings constantly being left out for out HG players
Lennon on the left or right though, he'd be better on Coleman's side from a defensive pov?
I just fancied Dembele, Mason and Bentaleb would work more defensively against their midfield. We need a result today but I would not want him near the team if we were on a good run in the EPL
The midfield today is my ideal midfield only swapping Andros for Lennon.
People react to the team sheets they see put out. Go back and read other match threads where there was heavy criticism for Poch's selections before the game and more times than not, all of the criticism was completely warranted, and validated by the performances.
That team sheet is playing two young players in a CM2 who don't really score goals, or create clear cut chances, and aren't particularly great defensively. You have Lennon on the right, who can't score goals, and has been in poor form for over 14 months. Mix in Soldado's off form, Kane requiring service, and you have Christian Eriksen on his own as the person who we need to rescue us again.
We need to survive today. Everton are no joke and we're still a team low on confidence, especially at home and are very shaky defensively at the moment.
Context today please, folks. Everton are a very good team coming off of a hot win in the EL and climbing up the prem table and they are not afraid of us one bit and know we are weak regardless of martinez's faux biggin' up of poch and our squad.
They fancy this and will go for it.
Draw is a good result for us today. A win will take a hell of a lot to go our way.
