I think a lot of people forget that he's still only 21. He was brilliant a few years ago so I really don't see why he can't do a good job for us. Harry and his team just need to get hold of him and help him improve on one or two aspects of his game then he'll be back to his best.

I like Richards and think he could be world class but I'd have to ask about other players if this goes through.
We'd then have Chalky, Richards, Kaboul, Hutton, Kyle Walker, Kyle Naughton. That's 6
Only Kaboul would qualify as the non-specialised RB (though he did a great impression aganst the Scum and Chelsea). Kyle Walker can apparently play well at LB. We can put the two Kyles out on loan I suppose but only so long you can do that before their contracts run down and it wouldn't look good for them getting any first team action.
Hutton would have to be sold as we've had him for 2.5 years now
