Very unlikely. How many players have we been linked too this week?
A fair few ahaha. My personal favourite was Mkhitarian

I wouldn't be 'against' this transfer- but part of me thinks he's 'too' similar to Kane (I know that sounds ridiculous).De Telegraaf now reporting that Vincent Janssen spent Tuesday in London to speak to Tottenham.

Maybe some of you have some knowledge about dutch media and could tell me is De Telegraaf reliable?

From what I've seen Janssen is strong, a good finisher with both feet and has a tremendous work rate.
Batshuayi, however, is slightly different to Kane, and I think we'd be better with someone like him who is quick and a good dribbler- arguably features Kane lacks. I think those attributes also means he'd make a better impact off the bench.
I love them (and Google translate) for this paragraph alone:De Telegraaf now reporting that Vincent Janssen spent Tuesday in London to speak to Tottenham.

Not sure Michy could play on the wings- he has played there in the past but very rarely. I hope you're right, but for some reason I only see us signing one striker. Really don't want West Ham to get Batshuayi as well. Why would signing both players be beyond out of the realms of possibility? One as a direct sub for Kane the other as a wing forward or 2nd striker option.
Top U23 scorer in Europe last season, Kane in 2nd.Although there are a lots of players who scores 25+ goals in the Eredivisie, not many of them are as young as Janssen (21)

I hope you're right, but as I said I doubt it - as @Bus-Conductor has also said- if we get in a top AM/WF as well I wouldn't mind.Agreed, but ITK could be suggesting both.
Perhaps Janssen as a pure Kane back-up, and Michy (eg) as plan B?
Would certainly give us options.
3 strikers all under 23 and amongst the top scorers in Europe.....Reckon this would be a really nice signing for £12m. Not sure where that would leave the Batshuayi deal though. Want both but I don't think we could accommodate 3 strikers.
Mirror is going further with this story- claiming fee agreed.

Tottenham poised to seal Vincent Janssen transfer for a bargain £12million
It's understood a fee has been agreed for 21-year-old Eredivisie top scorer who has been linked with Atletico Madrid and AC Milan but fancies England
Tottenham are hoping to complete the £12million signing of AZ Alkmaar scoring sensation Vincent Janssen.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino is determined to land the Holland international, who top scored in the Dutch League this season with 27 goals in 34 games, as he strengthens his squad for a Champions League campaign.
Mirror Sport understands Spurs have now spoken to 21-year-old Janssen, having already agreed a fee for him with his club.
The north Londoners are feeling optimistic they can conclude a deal soon.
Janssen flew into London this week with his representatives and - despite interest from Wolfsburg, Atletico Madrid and AC Milan - he wants the move to White Hart Lane.
