The problem we have (not just us) is the Financial Fair play rules started on 1st june, we have to balance the books. We have a number of players we need to get off the wage bill as well.
I think you will find a couple of big transfers will get the window rolling, once clubs start off loading players the transfers will start in ernest.

and turn them into flats (no wrong program) give em a few injections and a hair cut and sell em on for a tidy profit...

although when they go back three months later they'll have Hutton in a cage after coming at one of em. Keane will be used to scare birds off Jenas will be sent to compliment old ladies to gain their trust and rob em blind (flatter to deceive :wink and Bentley will be kicking balls into bins for money.

still they'll be off our books...
