They all reckon he would do a good job for them though. When they get to watch one of the best sides in the world, but reckon a player we are going for would be good for them then that is surely a good sign on the quality of the player.

There's also a fair few saying we should be up in the top 5, that it's a good move for him, etc. So don't be knobs, lads.

So did i mate and i ended up with the same conclusion. I'm also beginning to think that all fans hate our beloved spurs?!?

No!!!!!! not all fans hate our beloved Spurs. That is maybe your perception yes. Although I cannot prove you're wrong, I can tell you that 'OUR BELOVED SPURS' is the most respected and admired club among the fans of other teams (bar Ar5eana1) in MALTA. The reason most mentioned for this, is the fact that, despite being considered as underachivers for such a 'BIG CLUB' they are all surprised with the massive following we still have. They also admire the endevour we always employ, season after season, to 'TRY' and enforce our ranks with new signings !

So cheer up and be positive COYS - TO DARE IS TO DO

According to those good honest folk at The Sun, the deal has been completed...

WILSON PALACIOS is officially a Tottenham player after agreeing terms on a £14million switch from Wigan.

SunSport can exclusively reveal that Spurs finally got their man after thrashing out terms this afternoon.

We told you yesterday the two clubs had agreed a fee and the Honduras star was due for talks with the North Londoners today.

A Tottenham insider confirmed: “A deal has been agreed with Wilson. He’s now a Spurs player.”

It is understood Palacios will sign a four-year deal worth around £55,000 a week.

The move represents a massive return for Wigan boss Steve Bruce who coughed up £1m last January to snap Palacios up from Olimpo.

Manchester United boss Alex Ferguson is a huge admirer of Palacios but wanted to wait until the summer to nab him.

It gave Tottenham a window of opportunity to snatch Palacios and they did after upping their initial £10m offer which Wigan turned down last week.

Bayern Munich and Real Madrid had also expressed an interest in the powerhouse midfielder.

We really are hated aren't we. I mean this is after all the side that we gave Carrick and Berba to...

I always thought was a Utd site - why are so many other team's fans on it? (not that I've reseached it - but just from the couuple of pages I checked out)

Hanging on the coat tails of glory of a morally and technically financially bankrupt club.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the wages tbh. They're often miles out. I read a report this morning saying that we offered 25k per week aswell. So theres quiete a big gap between the reports. I'm guessing it will be around 30k per week.
