:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I'm not sure the pc brigade would like that but that has really tickled me.

If I'm being pedantic though, wrong continent. The boy in the red speedos was from India.

He just looks like him, just the same as Rooney looks like Shrek and Dowie looks like Sloth.

This is him after he was told he wasn't starting today:

Huddlestone started the game last year I think when we played against Man U at home and should have won, he looked great. For those who say he can't play against good opponents.

Yes he played brilliantly that day but I still think he needs the right players around him at the moment for him to flourish like he did that day. He is still young and will grow I'm sure.

Finally! Zokora available but Zokora not on the pitch!
I have my doubts about Ramos when he starts Zokora every game he's available. Zoko's obviously not ready and needs more training and guidance.

But Allen selected the team, I hope Harry feels the same bout Zoko.

Ok, Huddlestone played pretty well, and we won when Zokora wasn't playing but two points:

1. Huddlestone played an entirely different role today than Zokora has been playing (not all that badly particularly in some games) this season

2. The problem for Ramos wasn't don't to his team selection, but more down to the formation, tactics and style of football he employed. Almost every game it looked as though the players hadn't got a clue what they were supposed to be doing or where they were supposed to be playing even. We isolatd the strikee, we allowed the opposition to play between the defence and the midfield, we were far too static etc.

Today the team played with more drive, we pressured the ball better, we closed spaces, we had better movement and we had players supporting the striker. I'm sure not all of that was to do with Zokora not playing

You were obviously watching a different match. For every good pass he makes he spoils things by giving the ball away in dangerous positions. I'd prefer that neither Zokora or Huddlestone appeared in central midfield. I'm sure that we'll see new players in midfield in January. What price Joey Barton, who Harry tried to buy in the summer?

Agreed (except about Barton).

Huddlestone can play football, Zokora can run all day long at great speed.

Let's try Huddlestone for Spurs then and enter Zokora in the cross country championships.

don't expect hudd to stay in the team unless he replaces modric's position, or is needed at CB.. expect the deeper mids to be jenas and zokora or jenas and ohara, but definitely won't be hudd..

Carrick and Jenas worked well in CMF . Thudd is the nearest we have to Carrick who by the way was not a great tackler either. He could play in front of the back 4 because he reads the game so well and I think Tom can do the same. But he looks much more impressive in attacking areas.

Well he definitely has better shot, but he's much like Carrick

Harry knows about Zokora's qualities, so he will be back in the team soon. Huddlestone had a great game today, and it was nice to see. We need all players back to top form.

It was Clive Allen, who picked the team vs Bolton.

I was thinking maybe Harry could get the best out of Zokora, maybe getting him playing well and show some talent he really has yet to display for us.

Or maybe your right.....Harry does know about Zokora s qualities and will never play him for us again.

lol he made about 2 mistakes in the whole game,His positives out did his negatives. Zokora who i think has great determination is very negative. Every game he losses the ball a few times and when he makes forward runs he then losses it.

Huddlestone had 3-4 shots on target yesterday, spread the ball well which took pressure of the midfield and defence at times and kept bolton running after it. Barton would be a terrible buy as he is far to much of a liability.

With a pair of running spikes on....

Zokora is nowhere near the footballer Hudd is and needs to be a sub that can come on to cover positions.. Then we should sell him in January.
