Our starting line-up was missing Lloris, BAE, Dawson, Kaboul, Sandro, Bale and Lennon... if they were all injured then fine, but realistically four of those could've started tonight.

I understand why Brad started, but that's still three highly questionable omissions.

We were better than they were in the last game, should have been about 7-4 on agg at least. We deserved it overall

No, if it should have been 7-4 then it would have been. Fact is, it wasn't and we didn't deserve to go through.

At least Inter showed fight and wanted to come back from 0-3 down.

We just facked about and let them come at us until 3-3.

I'm sort of glad that I didn't watch it. Sure something would have got thrown around the room.

At least you can now enjoy your steaks and blowjobs!

I am single and vegetarian. Feels alright though!

Like others have stated, lessons learnt aside, the less said about that 2 hours of ninja football the better. Onto the next game and the next round.

That cup tie reminds me of the one against Burnley 3/4 seasons ago where we won the the first leg 4-1 at the lane then scrapped through in the 2nd leg thanks to Pavs last minute goal.

Ha the chavs are losing now.

I thought Livermore was the worse player on the pitch in the first half.

Really?

He was on par with Parker. I love they guy but all Parker's running about distracts the eye. When the ball was at his feet he slowed the game down and made the wrong choices. Livermore did just the same, simple passing game job without the hyperactivity.

And no way was he worse than Walker, Naughton and our undisputed winner of the contest, Mr Defoe.

I just went to make a celebratory cup of tea only to discover that my last few Ginger Nuts have disappeared.

Can we stop this nonsense ? Seen it a few times. Its not like Bale is going to disappear off for free with no players coming in. IF we sell Bale for 60m odd you can bet that there would be 1-2 very tasty players coming in the way as a form of replacement. Having said that, yes, our performance tonight was indeed pathetic
I'd love to agree with you... but with Levy, who knows.

Anyway, I don't Bale is going anywhere... as long as we finish in the top 4.

There's my spurs, i been wondering where you were until the Liverpool game, now theres the club im used to supporting!

Glad to go through, terrible performance, Holtby proved why he has not been starting and is being eased in to the team.

Onwards and upwards

Yep. Pizza and a wank into a sock for me.

I thought that was a cracking evening tbf. More than I usually get. Someone has to go and ruin it by mentioning steak and BJs though. :(

It's fucking nearly 9pm and there is no sign of a steak nor likely to be, no point me even worrying about the second part
