Everything points towards us winning this one, and yet my spurs fan defence mechanism has kicked in and I just cannot see us getting the 3 points. We simply don't win 4 on the bounce including 3 tough away games! Fully expecting a horrific refereeing display or defensive clusterf*ck to do us over.

Come on spurs prove me wrong!!

I could see a 2-2 or some thing.

If we win today I will be buzzing. Form says we should but I can't see it for some reason. I will be at the Leicester league game and if we can go into that off the back of a win at Everton the place will be rocking.

I seem to remember us winning six in a row one or two times in the last ten years or so. Definitely soon after Jol took over and possibly one other time.

the main thing making me a bit nervous is Dembele being out. the entire team and system seem to work off of his control in the midfield. so, as long as Alli slips into the centre mid and Son takes that left attacking mid spot I think it could be okay,... we'll see as to the line up. everton look a bit banged up at mo, so they have their own struggles,.... COYS!!!! :singing:

We won four in a row twice in AVB's first season. We did six in a row in 'Arry's last season, a run which was ended by that Foy performance.

We will do well today to keep Delafeou quiet - most of Lukaku's goals recently have come through him. I suspect they will also opt to play Mirallas who tends to have a blinder against us. Of course, I am sure MP will have a plan for Barkley too who is very dangerous.

That said, Everton have plenty to worry about this Spurs side that is brimming with confidence and has plenty of match winners. Defensively we are strong and will be very hard to beat.

Could go either way this one!!

Pressure all on Everton. Home faithful are very frustrated particularly on the back of successive home defeats vs Leicester and Stoke. If we can get at them and score, they'll be on their backs big time.

Can't call this one, it's about time we slipped up as we got fairly lucky vs Watford but on form and quality if we keep lukaku quiet we should sneak a win.

Have a bad feeling about this game, watched a bit of Everton on Sky this season and they are a much better team than there league position.

What do you mean it's about time we slipped up? We lost at home to Newcastle 3 weeks ago FFS.

They really have been on fire going forward, but they're poor off the ball and defensively - hence the inconsistent form.

Couple that with our good defensive displays and its bloody hard to work out what's going to happen!

No idea what's gonna happen today, but as long as we compete fiercely I'll be happy. COYS!

Its a tight close to the pitch ground with a crowd which will be well up for this one, they want to bounce back after Stoke and Spurs will be in for a very very tough match. This is one of the hardest fixtures we have had for a while.
