We will be tested to the max as a defensive unit. We will need to up it considerably as i didnt like what i saw in that department v villa in the first half.....it looked to easy!

I’m not convinced we are strong enough defensively to go to Man City and get a result.

We gift teams chances and space too often nowadays. You also just don’t know what type of performance you will get from us.

I really hope we do draw or win as it would indicate we could very well be challengers this season and we all want that hope. If we lose, whilst obviously not the end of a title challenge, it’s hard to ignore it would look like we will just be top 4 challengers again. Basically, are we the real deal or are we not? Tomorrow will tell us a lot.

I think with key players missing and new signings yet to settle, a result tomorrow is asking a lot. That said, Kane looks so sharp and we only need one chance to punish them. We will need to turn up in every facet of our game, defence midfield and attack will have to be on their A game.

The bias is embarrassing....

He has Us, UTD, Chelsea and Liverpool to all drop points whilst Arsenal of course have a resounding win.
Why do you think those are bad predictions. Chelsea and Liverpool are in tough spots after the midweek games. Wolves took points off the top 6 for fun last season. We are huge underdogs.

Arsenal are big favorites.

Maybe the Liverpool one is a small stretch but I wouldn't say those are bad calls or anything?

If I were Poch. Will play Jan as a LB to stop Sterling. Toby and Sanchez as the CB. KWP RB. Sissoko and Ndombele as our midfield pair, Lamela Eriksen Lucas Kane.
Bring Rose on at 70th Min to replace tired Lamala. introduce Lo Celso at 78 for Lucas. Winks for Sissoko at 82
Final score 1-3 Spurs

All I ask is a sensible game plan, to look well prepared and have a decent first half

After that, if we get beaten by the better side then fair enough

We still have the personnel available to put in a shift though.

But you're right about gifting teams goals; we don't half make things difficult for ourselves sometimes.

Los Celso in the squad going by that little video.
I was watching BT preview last night and they said Spurs will do their best to make sure it isn't a two horse race this year! Why would we, I'd be happy to be involved in a two horse race.

Sucks to miss Alli for this but I think Son is going to be a big miss.

Hopefully Lucas can pull off some Son-esque heroics.
I think Lucas has had a few moments to deserve that being called ‘Lucas-esque moments’.
