If we were to boo him it would put in to question our unquestionable vocal support for all things Spurs, old and new.

I'll be there (my 13 year old is a flag bearer as the teams come out!) and I will certainly be applauding him. He was very good for us, no getting away from it.

he deserves a cheer for the way he had us playing, the results we achieved as well as the gestures that he made today to Gazza and Malkey Mackay.
Hes no angel im sure but football needs more characters like Harry in my view.

When you consider the utter shite that has received good receptions at the Lane on their return, Harry should be given a fantastic reception. Deservedly so too.

I am not his biggest fan as a football manager but I like the man himself, from what I know of him anyway.

Not a fan of Harry's but had to vote cheer because of the style of football and what he achieved with us.

It's his last 4 months in charge that really grate. We threw 3rd away and it coincided exactly with the England debacle. Soon as Hodgson was employed we picked up again, so Harry definitely took his eye off the ball, which is poor form when we were paying his em wages.

However others at the club are probably to blame too. Levy should have laid down the law, instead he was playing his own game hoping for the £million pound pay-off from the FA.

Wonder if Harry actually regrets it all? He could theoretically still be in charge of us had he not flirted so outrageously....

He had his flaws, particularly towards the end, but he did a bloody good job here after the Ramos debacle.

It was time for him to go for a number of reasons but I still hope he gets a warm welcome......and then we teach his team a bloody good lesson!

He was better than the guy before and the 2 after so he does deserve a cheer or 2

But that's it once the whistle goes I want us to smash his team off the park

Always felt he was a bit detached from the club given the manner in which he use to talk about 'Tottenham' and not 'us/we'.

however you can't deny we had some bloody good players and some tremendous games and results during his time with us. More than worthy of respectful applause in my opinion.

Not to mention I would hate our fans to be mindless twats and boo him just because he is no longer with us. That would be classless and embarrassing.

EDIT: Duhhh. Wrong thread. As you were.....

I remember seeing him in a home UEFA cup game against Hearts a few years ago. He was absolutely dog shite and then he missed a pen. I have to be honest back then i really didn't think he'd make it, he looked far too slow his touch and movement weren't great and finishing was questionable. So pleased to see him having progressed and just shows with players who are 17/18 they really need to be given time to learn the game get stronger fitter and more tactically aware and he is really looking half decent now.
Well, yes, he was literally a child. Obviously he needed time. In fact I don't even see how you can talk about his performance in the terms you do because he was a CHILD playing football against professional adults. You might say he struggled a bit but he was hardly 'dog shite'.

I also remember some other appearances by him in the EL that season and he actually played well several times.

He's also way, way, fucking better than 'half decent' now mate. Jeez.
No he honestly was dog shite. Absolutely pony,it doesn't matter of he was 17 or 37 it doesn't change the fact he played very poorly.

BUT he was very young and Hearts are a fairly decent opposition to be playing at that age as you say. However most young players need to be tested otherwise they will never know what is is like playing at that level.

He certainly is getting better and better lately looks a decent all-round striker IMO. Lacks a bit of place but has a good football brain and can shoot.

If there are any boos I will be ashamed, doubt there will be though as I'm sure every spurs fan agrees there was more good than bad under Harry
