Or just slotting in Gil into a more fluid fast attack? If Son is considered the backup striker, that means when we don't play Kane we end up playing our backup main striker (Son) and also our backup attacker (whoever then replaces Son in his actual position).
So without Kane, we're basically playing our entire second string attack rather than just slotting in a replacement for Kane.
That would be funnyLooks like if we are not buying him Traore might be be off to the Gooners
Agree. Depth has been a problem we have had for a LONG time. One or 2 injuries and we go from top of the table to a relegation fear pretty fast. The point is, those other teams have strength in depth. We don’t.
Don’t do it to yourself mate. No chance nowAm i the only one secretly holding out for either a news outlet or one of our ITKers suddenly saying: 'Wait one minute... maybe we're not done after all'??
I know. I know. But I will continue to hold out hope, even though my head tells me, 'Shut up. We're done.'!!
They already have the guy who gets his team relegated consistentlyThat would be funny
See my previous post - sorry but your reasoning is clutching in my opinionOr we play with 3 interchangeable forwards like Moura, Bergwijn and Gil for example.
City have one striker. Liverpool I’d argue only have one who they never play.
It’s not ideal I know but there are so few good strikers around. There are 2 or 3 really good younger ones though coming through.
Red is not good enough, orange is where you made up their position to make us look stronger.
This is what's left:
GK: Lloris, Gollini
RB: Emerson, Tanganga
CB: Romero, Rodon,
LB: Reguillon, Davies, Sess
DCM: Skipp, PEH
CM: Dele, Lo Celso
Wide Forwards: Son, Moura, Bergwijn, Gil
CF: Kane, Scarlett
Window’s dead, Toronts- been smashed and burnt since this morning. What’s happening here is a long, drawn out catharsis. A sort of death by a thousand words, if you likeOk Guys/Gals/Whatever you identify as as long as it isn't and Arsenal Fan
Lets be nice for the last little bit of the window
If Levy has vetoed these deals then what the bloody hell is the point in a director of football?
If we are using West Ham as an example of squad we should mirror we are in serious troubleWest Ham only Have Antonio.
I think that I agree with Levy on this one. Right now he will get a crap deal on naming rights but in a few months as things get more normalized the value will go up big timeAnd the 'good news' or 'naming rights' or whatever it was, hasn't materialised yet.
That said, I suppose it's better to tell your rivals you've got a cash injection after the transfer window closes.

Appreciate your post and your frustrationsThe whole thing is s cheap piss-take. This is ALL on Daniel Levy!?
All summer our remit was priority defence and a striker! Midfielder if we moved one or two. Don’t blame Paratici. This is totally and utterly ALL on Daniel Levy. There is no disputing and arguments to defend him here. In total creatively (thanks to Para) we done good business. We fecked up over a forward, because he sees things differently. Pee off!
