Pique and xavi have to play sat even if not 100% fit. Can see a 0-0.
Real have lost the league, if they lose the CL will Ancelotti be gone?
hmmm..
Anyone watching this?
Atletico have come out all guns blazing after HT. Deserved equalizer.
Messi not in this game at all. Is he burnt out?
They clapped Atletico and the team after the win, I think they are just happy its not RealI hear the Barca fans applauded Atletico on their win, classy if true.
I see Tata Martino is already out the door, presume Luis Enrique is next to get a go at the job?

He has looked disinterested for the last couple of months
It's the way he's being played and the other team selections of Martino, they are really daft. They play Alexis (a No.9) as a wide right attacker, they play Messi (an inverted right striker) as a kind of false 9 and the pea brained Pedro as a inverted left attacker. The three of them trip over each other's feet. Messi is no longer able to look for little pockets out wide to pick the ball up and drift and junk infield pulling people out of position and creating little gaps in the opposition defence as he does it for others to run into as he's always getting the ball with his back to goal or around the D with players up his arse.
Iniesta has lost his partner in creative crime of late (Xavi) and Martino's players aren't continually in motion like Pep's players were, where there were always three options for the man on the ball there is now one at best, sometimes players are standing on the ball waiting for moves - unheard of under Pep.
The desire to compress the opposition into the final third is still there but many of the facets that made it pay off are lacking. The team selections, the tactics and coaching are just not right, and the system is wheezing.
Sounds like they need a Sherwood to me.
Apparently he's off to manage Argentina next! Martino, that is.I think they've just had one.
I think they've just had one.
Don't be silly. Martino knew who his players were and never wore a gilet.
