Magnificent game of football. Thought Valencia were absolutely top drawer. Ronaldo is a greedy arrogant petulant dong but fuck me what a player. That equaliser was just ridiculous.

I love Ronaldo, would do it anywhere. Favourite non Tottenham player, direct, aggressive, strong. Loved Ballack too, amazing strength of character and didn't bottle it very often. If Jenas had his mental strength .....

If Athletico, Real and Barca win their games before the last game of the season and Barca beat Athletico on the last day of the season, Real are champions. Very unlikely methinks as I'm pretty sure Athletico could get a point at Camp Nou

Could be another case of Everton vs Man City? Barca lose/draw "on purpose" so Madrid don't win the league?

when madrid break/are on the attack, has anyone noticed how madrid will have ronaldo busting a gut to get forward, benzema the same, di maria as well and sometimes even ramos but then bale is just kind of casually jogging to join up with them as though he doesn't really want to get on the end of the move? i've watched pretty much every madrid game this season and he's been like this in most of them, he certainly wasn't like this with us. perhaps being ronaldo's bitch takes its toll.

Don't know what games you've been watching.

ok well watch their game on wednesday and look out for bale, it's been massively apparent to me in every game.

I think he's pacing himself and picking his moments, I doubt if he's ever been 100% this season.

So did anyone else see the Valencia staff with their google glasses? Apparently using it to get live stats and analysis of the game.

AVB will be first in line. He'll get the immense giant sized Dennis Taylor edition or something...extra stats, more impact.

Harry will probably just get goggles instead. (y)

I haven't noticed that yet but in a lot of games he's quite passive in a way, I guess that's what happens when you have more quality around you and more of an obligation to pass the ball. There are quite a few times when he gets the ball and could easily try and cut in and fire a shot on goal but he chooses to pass, a lot of the time yesterday he chose to play the cross field ball to Marcelo a lot.

if you watch the full version of the clip, he's only at around 75% in getting up to support the attack, it's only when he gets the ball back from benzema that he turns on the afterburners. a lot of the time he's barely at 50% and it's annoying to watch.
