On reflection my 'hard done by' comment earlier is what it is, bollocks, however, for the players to not turn up and scrap even a draw knowing what it meant to the fans, particularly those that made the trek up north, I find it utterly disgraceful that those highly paid professionals couldn't muster the effort for the fans!!

Mehh im over it

Im not really but i need to get in to mode for the utter bolloxs im going to get this week
Ive decided to go with the surely the team in 2nd place bottled it with their hundreds of million of pounds worth of stars and couldnt beat leicster to the title defence and 3rd is a great season for spurs defence.
Luckily I have been playing us down all season just in case this happens.
40 yrs of spurs fandom teaches you that eventually.

In reality im gutted and hope levy offers all the travelling support their money back out of the players salaries because they didnt earn it today

Just watched MOTD highlights (ha! Yeah I know), but one thing stood out for me, Walker is not going to get any better. I'm not blaming the result on him, but he is a liability.

Only 2 players have the required mentality.

Lamela and Rose.

I've never seen them lack effort, desire and the pure will to win

I've been down on Danny Murphy, but he was very fair today. We may have got a draw if the dive had not been rewarded. I think that for the last few games, our players have been very fatalistic.

Just out of interest who was it that got rubba dubbed? I would look it up but seeing the number five against Newcastles name would probably make me go kick the cat. If I had one.

Walker is an easy target, but all our defenders were woeful.

I liked Carragher's comments.

"I don't think the big thing should be finishing behind Arsenal," he said. "Tottenham challenged for the title, they were in contention to win the league. With Arsenal that went away in February and the middle of March.

If it's acceptable for Arsenal to show joy after finishing above their rivals when they should have won the thing, what does it say about them.

And if we are completely disappointed and feel 'shame' for finishing third in what has been a mentally exhausting run-in, then I know which team will get stronger from those experiences.

Couldn't tell you as I was cruising around the river Avon on a relaxing boat trip at the time, but I suspect it was Mason.

Mason and Son at half time. Walker sacrificed for Chadli.

I do agree though, it sounds like Mason is been discarded (although, why play him if you have doubts?) and it does sound like Son is being told to buck up.

The comments by Wenger about the DNA of their shit club are hilarious. Does the DNA mean that they flatter to deceive every year?

Rose? This the player who on the eve of the City was more concerned about finishing 4th than challenging for the title despite being only 2 points of the top. If anything his mentality demonstrates everything wrong about the club at this time.
