Coutinho, Dembele etcI wouldn't be worried about Newcastle. At least not yet. I reckon they'll end up buying washed up once upon time good footballers on huge wages like James Rodriguez etc.

Long time reader, first time poster. What a day!
Arsenal Twitter going into meltdown making it all the sweeter
I don't understand why he would come to us other than a massive pay check. As a manager, I wouldn't trust Levy.Listening to Radio 5 live the last hour and they’re absolutely gutted he’s coming to us. Marcotti can’t or is refusing to believe it. Chappers the only one who seems to be enjoying it. Micah Richards just can’t understand why he’d come to us, I think he’s a bit simple.
Winks and AlliCoutinho, Dembele etc
Paratici will be managing him not levyI don't understand why he would come to us other than a massive pay check. As a manager, I wouldn't trust Levy.
The final straw was when Prof banned levy from COYS for saying that Nuno was a "bloody good man".Prof from COYS on background to Nino sacking
”Discussions about his fit for the club started right after the NLD. They started quietly feeling out possible replacement options after the vitesse/spammers blunder. United game sealed the deal.”
Especially seen as a new coach should be able to organise/galvanise/show something in a big derby early on. You should not be losing a derby in that fashion and looking like you've lost the players that early on. The fact it came after two other derby crushings was very alarming indeed. To be fair he was lucky to survive the NLD, but what saved him was it was so early in the season. That ''performance'' was appalling.
So who gets the big office..Conte or ParaticiParatici will be managing him not levy

This is the key.Paratici will be managing him not levy
Real Madrid didn't get him, Barca obviously wouldn't appoint him, United seems to be sticking with Ole for whatever reason. What other jobs are there? It might simply be that he wants to get back to work and we are the best option available. His history with Paratici is also obviously a factor.I don't understand why he would come to us other than a massive pay check. As a manager, I wouldn't trust Levy.
to be fair, most people thought this when Jose came in, did not happen. Do not get your hopes up with Levy in chargeI fully expect to see some statement signings in the next few windows, dont see how we dont with Conte in charge.
I think this is where people project their own opinions based on very little information. I mean DL has obviously fucked up quite a bit recently, but there are very few, if any, ex managers who have a bad word to say about him. At the end of the day he’s running a football club and has to make some tough decisions, it would appear that people in the game accept this and hold no grudges...unlike fans.I don't understand why he would come to us other than a massive pay check. As a manager, I wouldn't trust Levy.
I have to say, what is actually refreshing is no "credit to levy" "fair play to levy" "don levy". Still receiving big criticism, and rightly so.
Who’s paying for dinner.

But you ain’t manager or board member, funny enough all PL team trusted Levy and elected him to represent them in Europe but average fan know better.I don't understand why he would come to us other than a massive pay check. As a manager, I wouldn't trust Levy.

Obviously all the stuff in the summer about messing Conte around just wasn’t true.
Yeah I do think we need to calm down a bit.to be fair, most people thought this when Jose came in, did not happen. Do not get your hopes up with Levy in charge
