Or no one was to blame it was just a brilliant strike...Dier was more to blame than lloris for the first goal.

He does tend to stand off rather than close down I think.
He was the only one who didn't move forward despite having a view of the whole line. It's unforgivable. And his overall performance today hasn't offered anything. Can you point me to what he did particularly well in that half?Just my overall impression. You mean playing them onside for the 2nd goal? It's not a mistake that makes a player shockingly bad imo. Just very unfortunate that his foot happened to be forward when a pass was played on the other side.
Reggie was terrible for the second - keeps them onside and then puts his hand up instead of tracking Ronaldo

Doherty has been poor defensively imo. Sancho has got behind/passed him far too easily.
Reggy not holding the defensive line on the far side of the field is one of the worst defensive errors you can make in football. Everyone else held the line and he had a clear view of it all. He has to do better.
I didn’t. think we were better.Thought we were the better team that half but Ronaldo has decided to put in some effort today rather than stroll around. Kulu very impressive.
It was a brilliant strike but Dier was like a statue and Ronaldo was hardly going to pass in that position. He should've closed him down the second he got the ball.Or no one was to blame it was just a brilliant strike...
No, there has to be someone to dig out otherwise how can we make ourselves feel better?Or no one was to blame it was just a brilliant strike...
Like it or not, it was a great strike... Agree there should have been pressure but he still has to strike it and he did.Fucking brilliancr FFS. Any professional footbaler should be hitting the target there without any pressure
