Accept it. #nothingwillchangeuntithesummer
This is it really. It’s a shame as I felt we could have won this, Utd were pretty bad but I guess us not winning makes us pretty bad. All I hope is that is not getting CL won’t effect our transfer activity.

The quality of passing was really disappointing, from various different players.

A deep, nervous looking utd defence was let off by our inability to play decent passes at the right moment.

Felt like the boro game. All quite passive

The mentality comes from the overall leadership and ambition of the club though.

Look at Newcastle, a load of money and ambition arrives and suddenly the same group of players have a completely different mentality.
Agree completely, we’ve had good players and managers over the years and the only consistent aspect has been the owners…can’t be a coincidence that in every occasion we are in a good position to kick on but for mentality and desire to hinder us!

supposed to be one of the best CBs in Serie A, f**king joke
Hes decent footballer that reads the game well but hes too small for this league.

Always seems the way with the players we sign.....Ndombele (midfielder who wont run), Kulusevski (winger with no pace).

Indeed. We are still suffering from old team building where we focused more on physical ability than technical IMO.

Romero.... no need to do that not our dna... don't get me wrong there has to be a difference and a mindset and winning mentality but not that shit.... mug.... does us no favours... this club is just all over the place and a mess... worrying

The depth we have on the bench is a joke. Lucas showed why Kulu is in front of him. Bergwijn is just waiting for his move to Ajax comes summer and Winks.... pfft.
And that is one of the reasons we need to back Conte in the summer... there is no doubt in my mind that he can galvanize us with more quality players like Kulu, Romero and Bentancur... the way we have played as a team lately looks very promising... quality and Conte is the only way to be more consistent at a higher level and to eradicate/reduce the amount of mistakes and bad decisions that is costing us points.

Its true. Hate on Winks all you like but Bentancur was massively lax and pedestrian all game. Winks gets brandished with the sideways passer tag but he looks to be more progressive sooner after he receives it (and yes he's not always successful in doing this).

I agree. From my experience, mentality, and environment trickle down from the top in an organization.

To be honest the goals they scored were all errors by us. Dier stood off on first , reguillon played inside their second and how nobody can mark CR7 for header is beyond belief . I saw a lot of promise in our play movement but Kane was quiet and Sun absolutely useless today . Has been for a couple of months . It’s all about fine margins . We should not have lost that game

Arsenal are going to absolutely walk the top 4 if us and United are their nearest challengers. One of the worst games of football I’ve ever watched. Piss poor standard.
Yep. But the balance is we’ve employed Maureen then Nuno, and then suddenly woken up to the fact that poch suggested a rebuild four years ago. Suddenly it’s dawned on the powers that be, and we are witnessing the consequences,, hey ho. The life of a spurs fan

So good we can still call on winks to come on and change a game for us…

Well he did put an inch perfect 40 yard pass over the top onto Reggie's boot - only for Reggie to fall over without even trying to score.

But our problem is our bench is non-existent. As Trix says - we have to wait until summer.

Totally - however I am not normally a fan of Hojberg, but he one of a few can hold his head high after that put in real shift. Son & Harry on the other hand were absolutely terrible.
Granted today, but its just today. Holberg long term not good enough, son and kane are.
