Honestly it sucks watching this, after watching how some of our rivals play. They have creativity in abundance and takes control of their games with posession and quick one-twos, while we have three centre backs starting, shielded by two defensive midfielders.

And then we ask ourselves why our attackers can’t get on the ball.

Would’ve preferred Pericic as 1 of the attacking 3 or even 3/5/2 to have some control in the middle and Son and Kane up top.

Losing Bentancur and Richarlison on World Cup duty was a big blow. We just simply lack the squad depth to be able to cope with injuries.

I don't care about the performance in this match, just dig deep and find a way to get a result, then hope that Bentancur and Kulusevski are back for the NLD.

You talk as if Conte has nothing to do with this squad. He had the option to buy more creative players and decided against it. All he does is whinge and blame everybody else. If he doesn’t want to be at Spurs he should just go. All his complaining and negativity is effecting the players. Conte could easily stop all the speculation and bad press we are getting but has decided not to do it. Pathetic.

It was very clear in the summer that we wanted Zaniolo or the Ukrainian bloke from Atlanta. He didn't decide against anything.

Failing to get a Kulusevski backup in the summer has proven to be a disaster, regardless of what happens tonight. There were credible links all summer long so it's not as though it was just an oversight, the club failed to deliver a signing in an absolutely crucial position and it has come back to cost us massively. Under Levy we're constantly one or two players short.

We've been unlucky though with Lucas and Richy being crocked.

Yes, the bench is utter shite but we are missing Richarlison, Deki, Bentancur, Bissouma & Moura through injury/suspension.
What did everyone expect?

Good to see you still posting on here from the Directors lounge at Selhurst Park, Daniel.

Got this recording to watch Udogie a bit. Hopefully our performance doesn’t tempt me to watch it before full time

Two positives here,

You get to see Udogie in action,

Plus him playing at the same time means he’s saved from watching what he’s joining.

Win win!

The bench highlights the squad depth, rather than the numbers.
Look how many defenders are on there.
Totally unbalanced squad.
