we look like a team that has been training without key players. Our forwards just look rusty but are growing into the match

The quality of our defence is tragic. Dier is fine if he has quality either side but when you put him in with Tanganga and Lenglet they all look as poor as they are really.

From a Conte point of view. I just don’t understand how long we are going to persist with 2 in the middle when we look so poor

3 players doesn't make a team. The team in imbalanced. The midfield is defensive, the centre backs are fairly limited and the fullbacks are not beating their man and getting into dangerous positions enough.

Kulu and Lenglet were alright, the rest absolute garbage. Midfield two and Dier/Japh have been particularly dross. Kane looks like a lad who missed a penalty for his Country.

God we miss Bentancur and Romero. Both are miles above any of our other CM or CB options.
