Desperate buying of Mata hasnt really helped as they already had players for that position and so end up sticking him out of the wing where he is no effective.

They really need some quality central midfielders and not players like Fellani. Any coach going into Man U will have the same issue so I guess we'll find out if he has a future when the season is up and before they let him start spending their money.

United are lucky that the game against City has been postponed this weekend. Another big defeat now would really hurt them.

What a bunch of spoilt, dribbling, glory hunting spastics you are. 3 years it took for Fergie to come good, you haven't even given Moyes a season and you're throwing your toys out of the pram. Most of you are armchair fans who have never been to a match, and sadly the Caf has in recent times become more and more the domain of muppets who'd rather we became a City style mercenary dream team with a soul-less big name manager at the top who would walk after 2 seasons.

I'm genuinely sick of RedCafe, the attitudes of those at the games are polls apart from the stagnant horseshit I read in here - and I can say that firsthand. United has a fantastic group of domestic supporters, but globally a bunch of angry glory demanding know-nothings who think throwing a glamorous big name manager at the club will solve the problem.

...and to those of you who level the term 'top.red' at me; why not go to an actual game and gauge the reaction from fans there, your constant anti Moyes droning will be in the minority. While you're at it, why not check out a game being played by your local team: I'm sure Delhi FC, LA Galaxy and Molde can all play some entertaining football.

Goodbye Caf. It was sound here until SAF left.

Its all well and good him saying they gave SAF 3 years, in them days you could afford to do that unfortuantely as we all know with the money men in football nowadays you do not get much time and clubs will always strive to get the best. the Glazers will give Moyes time but I doubt if they will wait 3 trophyless years while they swan around 5/6/7th place.

Yup very different now. However I do think they'll give him some time as im not sure what manager could come in and get these players to perform. The simple fact is the teams above them as a whole have better and stronger squads. They're not even close to having the team that Chelsea and Man City have.

Fergie fucked them by not investing in the team properly for years and now they're full of average players like Young and Cleverly and Ferdinand who is quite simply old and past it.

They probably need 6-7 players to get back up near the top no matter who comes in.

I actually hope United does a bit better. I dont want Moyes sacked until Van Gaal is officially ours.

Especially when in the Metro this morning, under the betting section, they said that best place to put your money right now is on LVG being in charge of United by end of summer..... 12/1

Agree with you entirely, I would get rid of Rio, Cleverley, Valencia, Young. I would play Smalling & Jones in their proper positions, stick with Kagawa and give the Kosovan kid more time. More importantly I would bring Zaha back.
