I thought i'd take a look through the early pages of this thread.....
A chilling prediction of the riots?

Then we had something really embarrassing

A plea for reality

Erm, yeah........

This one too

Erm yeah

And finally, SK who would like us to sign him. Shock.

fap fap fap

I see the search function is still working in the mod forum

For me, until he finally retires, he'll always be one of our main men.

I can't wait for the day when I see King, Bale, Modric, Sandro, VDV and Adebayor all starting. It might never happen.

But then again it just might

Knowing us it will and we'll lose 1-0 to Norwich

im really happy at the adebayor signing , finally we have a quality striker that can play up front on his own and hold the ball up or actually score !!!

hopefully ade hits the ground running and gets a goal or two , shame he cant play on sunday , maybe this will give defoe a kick up the arse to actually score a league goal

keep the signings coming levy , coys

I think Ade will score the winner against Arsenal...

I'd like to think that even if we're not playing Arsenal when he scores his first goal for us, he makes a point of leaving the stadium, getting a taxi, getting a train, getting another taxi, buying a ticket off a tout, and celebrating in front of the gooner fans anyway.

Under the circumstances, with the usual unrealistic options out of the question, I think Adebayor is realistically the best possible signing we could have made up front. In fact, I would have wanted him ahead of a couple of the unrealistic ones.

I would have loved us to buy him outright, which some ITK's suggested might happen, but I'll settle for the loan.

I've just got back from the game, in a hotel room, so can't make my £100 donation on this network, but will tomorrow.
Good man and a gent . Have some rep.:bowdown::bowdown:

Explained Ade to my new Mrs as like that famous Spanish bull thats killed 3 bull runners recently....a rampaging snorting force of nature (we hope)

..but then I realise we are only one Shawcross lunge away from the misery of our old 'strikeforce' lambs back again for the season :-|

Til that happens , great loan signing... go Ade
