I think you missed my point mate. I'm not continually dissatisfied, I've really enjoyed several recent performances, but Poch is capable of making mistakes and we are allowed to mention them if we want to. The main one would be prioritising a player with willingness to press over a player with composure who won't lose the ball. One size rarely fits all. Most successful teams have a balance of different player types and imo the one we can't carry right now is the young superstar, full of potential, but lacking composure. I admire lamela's work ethic, but his losing possession at vital moments during games must infuriate his colleagues and costs us matches. He doesn't need to play in our crucial games and could be allowed to develop in less critical ones when there's less pressure.
