Any other combination would improve that cack served up in the first half.

Over the whole of this season Lennon has played as well as he can, and should be put out to pasture or put out of his misery. He in no way is good enough for a team wanting CL qualification. A genuine waste of a squad number.

Soldado needs a goal so bad

Not specifically aimed at you, crokey, but I'm getting tired of hearing this now. Yes, Soldado needs a goal in the same way that we want the team to score goals every match, but I'm no longer having it that Soldado just needs one goal to go in off his arse and then everything will start going for him again. What he needs to do is work a lot harder and play a lot better: the goals will take care of themselves then.

There's only so long we can attribute his form to rub of the green and low confidence: at some point he's got to make his own luck, and that has got to happen sooner rather than later IMO.
