Sherwoods tactics:

"Lads I know you're talented, go out and express yourselves" "Play into Adebayors feet and try feed off him. If that don't work keep trying it"

We have no system of play. The players look lost. As for Dawson.... OMG howwwwwwww is he still in the team?

Which is precisely why we should've given him 'til the end of the season! If he didn't deliver, then I'd be the first guy to suggest a change in management.

After the Liverpool debacle i think Levy decided that AVB couldn't deliver a fucking letter, let alone fourth place. And rightly so. A half baked numbers man who thought that possession was nine tenths of the game rather than the law.

Such short memories on here, and even shorter patience.

He's been here 6 months and we'll be lucky to give him away now

In fact, WE would have to pay someone ELSE to take him from us at this rate!

He's shit mate, just admit it and you'll feel a wholeeeeeeeeee lot better :p

What's the matter, did the FACT that Soldado has scored more PL goals in his SHIT 6 months at the club, than Defoe has in the last 12 months +, piss you off somewhat? Can't think of any other reason for the 'Doh' rating?

You, sweetheart, are chatting bubbles. You're claiming that a guy who has a career average of practically 1 goal every 2 games, is "shit". Then, at the same time, you're proclaiming that a guy who has a career average of a goal almost every 3 games, is better. Where on this fucked up little planet is the sense in that?

If I want to admit something to make me feel better, I'll admit that you're chatting shit :p

Sherwood is a fucking disgrace! No substitutions when we need an energy boost. 2-3 players were playing poorly and Tim just sits back happy with 1-1 against Hull.

I am really hoping for Lamela to recover soon and that he gets to play at least 3 games in a row. He has not yet given the chance to prove himself. Lennon was absolutely rubbish today.

Hopefully Adebayor will be able to play next match otherwise we are stuck with Soldado and Kane as strikers and that is a terrifying thought. Well-done Tim not signing a third striker during January!

Soldado's service has hardly been fantastic, but he's certainly had enough opportunities to up his goal tally and hasn't taken them

And there are a wholeeeeeeeeeee lot of fools on this website who STILL actually think he is a good player!!!!!

Lord help us
Only so long you can keep saying "He'll come good, he'll come good trust me". I've waited, given him time, but what I see is poor.

Just realised this is a terrible place to be after any sort of negative result, or even just dropping point. Pretty depressing. Im off to get drunk. On to the next game

I don't think anything will. I think you had made your mind up a long time ago. Don't you feel you're being a bit narrow-minded?

I'd rather just gauge a player on how they're getting on and try to support them. If it doesn't work out then I just accept it wasn't the right move and wish them luck in their next endeavour. Players like Forlan and Rossi, who were both awful at United, show that at the right club, or the right league, you can prove yourself to be a quality player.

Perhaps the simple truth is that Soldado is not a Spurs (or even a Premier League) player. Doesn't make him shit.

Not at all, I have already said on this thread that my football team comes before my pride and id love to be proved wrong by him, that wont happen though, im almost certain of that

I dont hate the guy though, you're getting it all a bit wrong, I just dont rate him as a player and I am really disappointed that we spent so much money on him, I am very bitter about that

The bottom line is that he HAS been shit for us, I dont care what he did before or what he does after, only what he does for our team

If you think Soldado has been better in his time with us than Defoe has been then I suggest checking in at the nearest mental hospital

It is the only solution for you, or anyone else who shares that opinion

Were you born an obnoxious turd or is it a trait you have perfected over the years? Also are those Go-Faster stripes on the side of your head so you can lick windows faster?

Bantz.

My mate was telling me last night 'he will bag 20 goals next season'. Immediately I mocked him and asked if he'd seen much of him this season. I think he was taking the piss

Fair enough, mate. I do rate him as a player and was happy when we bought him. Thought it was a bit much money but could understand because of how important he was for Valencia. When we sign players we don't know if they're going to work out, nothing is definite, so you can only go by their history.

I'm just disappointed because I thought we were getting a striker that would be the answer to our lack of goals, but something just hasn't worked out. I'm still unsure about him being shit, still think that's a bit too black and white, but he hasn't done what he was bought for.

People go off form, when you play a sport and not on form and dont have confidence you aren't really going to play that well.... You're a supporter, you've said you'd rather eat humble pie and him turn out well but by the way you are gloating about him being shit, what you say isn't what you mean in that regards... He is a good player, just off form

Yeah of course, I get that

But he doesn't have ANY attributes that make me think he will get any better

When have I gloated???

It may seem like that, just because I am right, not because I have actually gloated
