An exclusive interview from Bostock on Sportsmail. See the link for full article (Its pretty long so i didn't paste it here).

Basically says it all. If he really is stagnating at Palace, then I believe purely from a football reason that he should be moving on. That he chosed us ahead of Barca and Chelsea tells me that maybe the Stepfather may not be as money grabbing as he is portrayed as.
It seems Bostock is the one who told his stepfather that he cannot progress further at Palace, and his father then made a difficult decision to sacrifice all (and its a lot given that they are life-long Palace fans and faced being banned for the rest of their lives from Palace) for the sake of Bostock's future as a footballer.
Of course there will be money involved in the decision but judging from the interview, Bostock's main reason for the move is to progress as a footballer and he and his family should not be castigated so for this reason. Unfortunately, it does not work out that way in reality. Am just happy that he chose to come to us all the same! Now, we have the Gerrard (Parrett give that was described of him when he came) and maybe Joe Cole (Bostock given he is skillful) of the future England squad? Cheers to that!
Great news.
Hoping to see him and Danny Rose play together in a couple of years. That is if Danny Rose doesn't quit to become a gangster.
well Im worried Bostock will become a priest.....he could be a future candadate for pope......and Im not kiddin'
yeh besides the kids undeniable talent he seems like either a poof or he'll leave us to go play for the christian faith union..
why?
Do you have to be a run of the mill, dumb, street doughnut to make it in football?
I'm by no means religious, but from what I've heard from Bostock he has two equal loves in his life - his faith and football. He seems to appreciate football and his 'gift' far more than the likes of Rose, for example.
He is a footballer who even at 16 realises just how lucky he is.
