we can blame enic all we want - this is all on this COWARDLY bunch of players that don our proud shirt week after week - its a joke how professionals can steal a living doing this shit. if you do this at work you get fired
This! There are an awful lot of weak mentalities out there. We miss Lamela's grit so much

Seems to me this team can only put one good performance in per week. Soon as it’s two games in four days we look weak.

I knew these fuckers couldn't string two results together. Because they get shown up for how bang average they are against any team remotely organised.

Doesn't help having the worst two CM's on the ball in the PL. Winks and Hojbjerg fucking infuriating tonight.

I honestly don't see where the club goes from here.

I don't see Conte getting what he needs in the Summer, because as shown AGAIN tonight, he needs MANY new faces.

genuinely can’t recall the last central midfield we played that wasn’t obviously better than hojbjerg & winks.

I get everyone is frustrated...trust me I can't believe what I just watched. but for those calling for tactical flexibility from Conte and such, you only need to remember poch's first year. There was a lot of the same...poor results, disconnect within the team and it was not good to watch. Once he was able to clear out players and get in players to suit his philosophies it all came together. Same thing will happen with Conte...he needs to stick with his tactics, and for those who will remain they will know it well...heck he changed to a 4-3-3 as well to try and shake it up but the players were all just so poor tonight. Our wing backs and full back's cant beat a man regardless of system, and our cm's are just simple ball players. we need players who can do more than just ball recovery and simple pass, especially in a two man midfield system. I am confident when conte gets the players he needs you'll see a completely different team...its quite evident we cant break down teams who defend deep...that's down to the wingbacks (who cant beat players out wide) and central mids who cant score outside the box or pick out a through ball in tight spaces. rough to see but it is what it is...what did anyone else expect from wilder's team...they sat back and caused us problems..but for some reason we looked sooooooo gassed. we did have the chances tho...just didn't bury them, but Middlesborough fully deserved it.

I really think we should ask Dembele to come out of retirement and play for us until the end of the season. He has to be a better option than what we currently have?

There needs to be a serious inquest into who scouted Royal and who agreed to pay for him. He is an utterly dreadful defender and somehow an even worse attacking weapon.
Playing not one but two of their attackers onside when he could plainly see across the back line makes you think the guy's just really dumb. Doesn't seem to show much intelligence going forwards or backwards for that matter.

Absolutely scandalous signing.
