This is football, got laid low with norovirus 2006. Should illness run through our camp again, no chance of postponement.
Red cards happen, seen us robbed by reds plenty of time, eg Utd away. Double red robbery ?
We should win, I think we will win, but there are various scenarios in our past and indeed in other clubs histories that tell us the three points, or even one, are not a given

Who turns up Sunday, Spurs or 'Spursy'? I don't see us winning a nail biter, we either cruise it by 3 or 4 or we lose 1-0 (Pukki). Something about Dean Smith I've never liked.

Going into this game assuming that 4th place is done and dusted would be a very bad idea. I laughed at the arsenal result last night but certainly ain't celebrating yet.

Guys, seriously.

If we lose on Sunday it’ll be beyond anything we’ve ever fucked up before

Norwich are woeful, Conte does not let us go out thinking we’ve already won it

Can we make some kind of deal where those of us who feel like it's job done promise will not get ahead of ourselves again and join you all living in fear for a 5 year period if those who post "we've been here before, it's not over posts" agree to cut out the weak mentality posts for a good 5 year period?

It’s not done and dusted, but Carrow Road is arguably the least intimidating stadium in the EPL, and their fans don’t seem to have the kind of siege mentality that will demand a big final day performance from their players. Also Dean Smith is still an attacking manager so I don’t expect them to sit all that deep to frustrate us either.

Of course, if they score first we’ll be under pressure to respond quickly but I’d expect us to control the game and I’ll be surprised if we don’t win. Of all the Norwich teams I’ve seen be relegated from the EPL, this might be the worst!

Let’s just keep everything crossed we haven’t picked up any more injuries before Sunday. They’ve been creeping up in recent weeks and our young bench highlights how low on numbers we are now.

I think we'll be professional and go out to do the job in hand. It'll probably not be a great watch but I'm pretty confident we will see it through. Conte will be be telling everyone that the hard fought points against Liverpool and Arse will be for nothing if we don't seal the deal.

It'll be a test of nerves rather than of ability I suspect. If we can remain calm and professional and stick to the game plan it'll be fine. If we get too pumped up or go in thinking we can play for the draw then it'll go badly.

When do the final day tv fixtures get announced?
I just asked this morning (i work at Sky Sports) and they wont decide for sure until Friday. Our game unlikely to be one of them though due to last night.

Goes without saying City will be one of them though.

We absolutely shouldn't get ahead of ourselves. There are no gimme's in the premier League.

What we have is the better team and a week to prepare with an elite coach. No room for complacency here, we need to put the required graft in this week and get this right mentally.

COYS!

Thanks (y)

Do we know how may games are being shown? surely the title and relegation games will take precedence?

Putting all the past history and current pressures aside. We have earned the right to be in this position going into our last game of the season. We are good enough to be in this position and deserve every moment of it

We have one match to secure CL football next season-beating Arsenal to the line is just a bonus.

Last nights result will galvanise the players and they will understand the golden opportunity presented to them.
Beating Norwich is not a given and we have no right believing we just need to turn up. 100% professional performance and accepting this game is what we've been battering for in last few weeks. We should get the right result. We've come too far to fall apart now.

Surely we'll be on BT if not on Sky.

They have to have us on somewhere.

So i need your help. Stupidly, i somehow booked going away this weekend and i'm travelling back on the Sunday at the time the games are kicking off, i booked it months ago and forgot to check the football schedule ?. I don't listen to radio often but is there a radio station that does all the spurs games or will i have to listen to 5 live and probably have a mix of game to game commentary.

I just want us to go flying into this, all out the first 25mins or so, i'm terrified of it turning into one of those attritional games with us becoming increasing desperate and increasingly clueless on how to break them down.

I think its worth the risk of trying to sweep them away from the off, at least or until they get an opener or we get the 2-0 lead we need to try some game management.

Whack whatever amount of caffeine into the lads that's needed to get the highest intensity of any match this season.
That's all very well, but we don't need to break them down - I think we should be calm and measured.

We're better than them. We don't need to win. Let's just play it cool. They'll give us chances if we're patient
