You know full well I am a massive fan and defender of Dawson, but that was really poor defending, he was goalside and completely failed to track the runner. He looks slow and lacking match fitness, which is predictable but not an excuse.

There was plenty wrong with the defending of that goal, including Dawson, not just because of him.

If true then frankly AVB should get rid of those players. If we want to succeed as a club then we need players who want to win trophies and not just want to play in the big games. One season in the CL doesn't give us the right to turn our noses up at a trophy that should be winnable.
