The point remains.
I see what you mean but if you discount Darmian (quality signing) Ivanovic, Zabeleta (legs going"overplayed") then who else is there .. Coleman. going forward definely yes,, defending No.. Clyne.. so protected at Soton with there set-up & Wayama & Schneiderlin.. I can see people noticing his faults this year.Kyle is another average full-back with loads of faults but PL is full of average players

Just a humourous observation - Yedlin's photo on the OS is photoshopped onto Walker's body/Torso

The wrinkles and shadows on the jersey are identical. Spurs must see Yedlin as an exact replacement for Walker at some point...:D

Yeah, was a photo of him in training. Wouldn't be surprised if he is given a loan to a bottom Prem/top Championship side soon...that being said, seen enough positives from him of late where I'd like to see him given a chance at some point. Trippier RB and Yedlin RW would be interesting for EL.

Klinsmann on Yedlin:

“There are some rumours of DeAndre Yedlin possibly going on loan for a year to another good club where he’ll get playing time, which is very important for him and for us that he’s playing week in and week out,” said the former Spurs striker. “Maybe some other things will still happen because the deadline for the transfer window is August 31, so that will be interesting.”

Basically he knows just as little as we do

Klinsmann is a terrible tactician and is ruining some of these players for the US. Yedlin isn't effective out there at all. Play him as a RB.

Agreed. He's a much better technical director than manager. We need him at technical director. Trouble is, i doubt he'd accept giving up 1 role and staying on. So im willing to suffer through it through russia. He's doing good things for the grass roots. Which is really what we need in this country.

He was great at Germany because of Jogi Low.

Disagree re: Clyne.

I feel he is genuine quality, which was shown at Palace as well as Southampton.

I'm happy we got Trippier, but would have been that teeny tiny bit more happier if we'd got Clyne.

I don't want to lose the CONCACAF confed cup berth to Mexico... but if it gets Klinsi fired I think I could deal.

The US team was shit for most of the game. Yedlin made some good runs and put some good crosses in. Also contributed to the game winning goal.

Probably 6 or 7 performance wise if i have to put a number on it
