Yes.

He threw the ball out too quickly to a player being closed down quickly and was beaten far too easily. Huge fan of his but he cost us a point today, it happens though.
Nothing wrong with the throw. If Vic had controlled and passed out to the right we were in 3 on 3. We had to take the risk and it should have paid off but for Wanyama being caught.

I honestly think we didn't play that well. A few players clearly lacking in fitness and match sharpness. Eriksen playing far too deep, Wanyama totally off the pace and sloppy, Kane unlucky but really needs a goal. Chelsea did what they needed to do and we couldn't break them down. This match highlighted just how important it is that we try and sign an attacking player with real pace, we couldn't get behind them at all.
We did get behind them, numerous times as well. But its what we did or did not do after is the problem

Some fairly harsh ratings from a lot of you today, as is often the case when we are the better team yet are unlucky to come away with 0 points.

I'm as disappointed as anyone that we lost. However, we just made a decent account of ourselves against the defending champions. Let's keep things in perspective please!

More possession, more chances, more shots, more corners. The only thing we lacked was goals. Like in the FA Cup SF (when they scored 4/5 shots on target, most of which were not clear cut chances), Chelsea created fewer chances than us but scored twice as many goals.

Did we not perform better today than last weekend against Newcastle?

do you want great things for Spurs? I assume so. You have got to win games like this. In a cup run, in the league. You have got to pick up the Ws when they are available, and thats down to the manager.
Why ask me...I'm not smart enough remember.......wind your neck in and go lie down....fans like you embarrass me......

No we absolutely didn't. A draw and a point is far better than a silly self-inflicted defeat to title rivals.

The throw was bad, the decision was bad, the control and challenge was bad, the lack of chasing back and cover was bad, and the save was awful.

It was an absolutely terrible goal to concede and one which was completely unnecessary given we were no longer behind and didn't need to take any risks at all.

Dembele motm by a mile.

Bad keeping by Hugo for the second.

Sissoko also appalling for their second, loses ball too easily and makes no effort to run back, could have tracked alonso if he put him some fucking effort. I hate him.
You must really hate Sissoko. So much so that you are blaming him for Wanyama's transgression!

100% this, I was siting in E stand and this happened right in front of me. Vic really badly miss controlled it then tried to force a pass to Sissoko. If he had been shaper we might have had a shot on goal, instead he gave the ball away in the worst possible place.

Wanyama - nil point

Are you surprised though? The reigning champs had 4 defenders, 2 wing backs and 2 dms on the pitch to start with yet we still created.

Oh, well I was one of 60 odd thousand Spurs absolutely screaming their nuts off at Spurs to go for the 3 points we deserved.

Perhaps you should have been louder in your "let's take the point and be sensible and happy" chant...

Look, I get your point and you're probably right but as far as Lloris distribution goes this actually got us on the front foot for once. The mistake was Wanyama's more than Lloris in this instance

When we have possession Wanyama has two jobs. Be strong, pass simple. He failed to do both of those all day. Had he done those two things here, we have a counter attack totally stacked in our favour, started by Lloris throw.
