I made a prediction some years ago that selling Edwards would come back to haunt us.

I know a lot believe Conte walks on water, but imo his honeymoon period is over. He demanded players and got them, so he has no excuse for his tactics and mismanagement of the game.

No one deserved MOTM

Here we go....

Not surprised by that performance - in many ways it's typical of what we've been doing: plenty of time when we look under par, but actually getting a result and really, they didn't threaten that much

Richi again proved a handful, and our midfield, while most would consider them workmanlike, both played pretty well. I'm glad Bissouma started to show his worth too.

Not too much from the wing backs - I'd like to see more attacking threat, but the front three made up for it, and they all had their moments.

Still not firing on all cylinders, but 6 points from two games puts us in a great position.

[let's see how accurate this is]

MOTM - Kulu

H, Richy and Benty also did well - the rest weren’t worth a wank!

The 5-0 loss didn’t really give a true reflection of the game

Well done to conte for changing it and now we dominate. Wouldn’t mind a goal though

Mmm...

Lots of individual errors again making our attacking play seriously disjointed. Kane a major culprit with uncharacteristic loose passes.

Need a reaction next match big-time.

Kulu my motm

Kulu played well but if it wasn’t for Lloris Sporting could have easily had 4.

Richarlison worked hard but ran out of steam at the end. The rest were utter dross.

Lloris - good tonight.
Perisic - sloppy by his standards, one dangerous cross
Romero- Not at it atall since the return from injury
Dier - poor. 5 ish fouls.
Davies - Davies
Royal - will always be solid defensively. Will never be the RWB we need.
Hojbjerg - ugly stuff good. Passing not.
Bentancur- one of the better ones
Son - he's working but it's not happening
Kane - awful
Rixharlison - worked hard ,best of the 3 that started.

Kulusevski - good. But we knew that.

Conte - the man we need but becoming apparent that he really needs to fix up and quick. So , so tentative with subs and beginning to have an air of not wanting to drop his favourites.

Lloris MOTM, no one else apart from Kulu worth considering, though give Bentancur some kudos for effort, as Peh did little to assist him tonight.

Lloris the only one who was above average from the starting eleven. Kulusevski good from the bench. Everyone else average to terrible.

Don’t like Richardson starting he isn’t the team player that Kulu is and for me gets in the way of Kane and Son. Kulu has proven he can play with them both. A minor point maybe in a poor performance…but no worse than the majority of games this season

He was doing the work rate for both of them
