Sorry mate but that is a load of bollocks.
How?
If every person in the country had £1million then £1million would not be a lot of money.
If every Supporter engages in the same practice, then it cannot be a practice that is out of the norm.
If every club's supporter's sing songs about their rivals, then it can't be "small-time" as that would mean that every club in the world is "small-time".
I think that the only thing that is "small-time" by supporters is silence. For a team that has struggled for atmosphere over the past 2 seasons I'm all for any song that is sung by the majority of WHL.
