Ok... your best bet then could be to just use the underground as trains are very regular so doesn't matter if you miss one another will be along in a couple of mins.
So you could walk to Seven Sisters Underground station (25min straight down the high road), you may get a couple of minutes queue getting in but moves quick, then Victoria line to Kings Cross/St Pancras, Northern line to Bank, DLR to City Airport. Probably an 1hrs 15mins max including the walk.
You will go by Bruce Grove on the way to Seven Sisters so can always check in there on the situation.
