Many of our players are simply deficient technically.

I think it highlights what a one dimensional coach he is. He doesn’t know how to change anything and refuses to adapt.

I think these players would play better with a better formation, like 442. This stubbornness from Conte is disappointing to say the least. We seem to have an extra man in the middle if the back 3 who we always seem to pass back too, I would much more prefer a creative player higher up the pitch as our playmaker. Lenglet at centre back is not it.

That pass from Skipp wasn’t good enough, Bentancur wouldn’t missplace that BUT it’s a 20-25 yard pass, if we played closer together he’d not have to be making such difficult passes

That’s another annoyance with this system, the attacking players are always miles away from each other. To make it worse, with Son and Kulu being so wide they in effect nullify the space for our wing backs to run into.
