Thing is this wasn't a poor 1-0 or one goal in it win. We scored SIX while not at our best. What we going to be like when we do actually play at our best for 90 minutes?

I don’t disagree - entirely. - with what you say. But I’m left wondering whether we still in a transition period where Conte is looking for his ‘ultimate’ 11. He’s not been here for a year yet. I admit that the football isn’t what ‘we want’ etc. However, todays result suggests we are on the right track?

Second half was much better and you have to credit Conte for changing things up. It’s not a case of we were shit or we were great. For me, anyway.

I enjoyed watching us score 6 today, with Son bagging 3, 2 of which being worldies.

Another 3 points. Another win. Yes we looked pretty shocking at times BUT we have world class players, this is what they do. They drag you out of situations and get you wins. The elite teams all have these players, they all have crappy games where their super stars save the day.

The thing is that we have been bad virtually every 1st half this season and its getting worse.

I think that for me I fundamentally dislike this style of football and so I see our performances through that lens.

I'm also the kind of person that values performance over winning, in sport at least. Which probably explains why I have played 2 sports at a decent level and have never won anything!

It was far from perfect, particularly first half where we dropped too deep again and let Leicester have too much space to play. But it was nowhere near as bad as some are making out, we still created chances and in the second half about from a 5 minute spell we were well on top. Some great goals, and some positivity. Hopefully it’ll inspire confidence and we’ll start games on the front foot.
