All the ones who regularly start games. By definition. They start because Conte is satisfied that they can follow his instructions. If they can’t (or won’t…), they don’t start.

I’m not even discussing what I think about individual players. I’m talking about what Conte thinks, because that actually matters.

A few big games today and can be one of those weekends which make you either love football or despise it, not just our game but other games too.

We gotta beat Liverpool., I despise them with an absolute passion just hate them the way others hate Arsenal or a Chelsea etc. Liverpool are that team for me.

I’m hoping Conte plays Perisic in the front 3 and we play sess and Emerson wing backs and if Bentancur and Lucas are fit then ideal team for me would be :

Lloris

Emerson
Dier
Lenglet
Davies
Sess

PEH
Bentancur

Lucas (or Gil if Lucas not fit)
Kane
Perisic

Then Bissouma and Kulu off the bench.

If we play that team I think we have a chance , we can’t just sit back and defend all game, if we do we will lose possibly badly, I think this could actually be a good game for Gil if Lucas not fit as their defence is very getable this season with pace, especially Trent.

Gotta get at them from the get-go; raises the crowd etc.. will it happen? Dunno. I see it being a tough game - would rather Sess at lb today; and perisic pushing on Trent … a few balls behind their confidence lacking defence for Kane or Moura to latch onto. I do feel the grit shown in tge last couple of games will increase our belief 2-1 spurs

Fabinho might play but he will be tired, it will make it harder for him to keep dropping back and foward to match our back 3 shape. Anything can happen, but I predict a draw.

Finding it really hard to see any positives today. Liverpool's weakness is pace in behind on the counter, we have absolutely zero pace in the side. They will camp in our half with the security that we have nothing to hurt them in behind. We're the ideal team for them to face.

well play like we always play ...nothing will change, at Old Trafford we played like we always do , and never started Everton at home they could of beaten us but never took their chances , today what do you expect Liverpool not to take their chances
