So happy to be so wrong ??You were saying?

I also thought that. Too much for the ref to deal with. We also stood in front of the line and even the body on the floor (PEH) was on the wrong side. Not sure where to put this.
Can someone explain the free kick/wall rules. When NewUtd scored direct from a free kick, they had players next to ours, interfering with the wall we had made and offside standing behind. WHU did the same against Everton, Antonio pushing one away as it was taken. I thought opposing players had to be 1 metre away from the defending wall.
Yep all of this ...PLUS I must've missed the memo that said the ball does not have to go forward from kick off ( and roll its circumference before being touched again)....Not sure where to put this.

I think a goal kick is not permitted to be touched until it leaves the 6-yard box, rather than the penalty area. One of Lloris' sideways passes was called back and retaken for that reason against Newcastle.....and that a goal kick cannot be touched til it has left the penalty area ...tho I've cracked that its 3 points now for a win..
I believe that the ball is in play once it has been kicked and has moved. It does not have to travel outside the goal area. The Lloris kick must have been taken again for some other reason.I think a goal kick is not permitted to be touched until it leaves the 6-yard box, rather than the penalty area.
