8m is a fair price for Mason
In a world of £12m Shelveys and Townsends, and £30m Xhakas, Mason's value is around the £20m mark.

I don't see Eriksen leaving - he's in the most competitive league in the world, we're about to play Champions League football and could conceivably challenge for the title next year. It's not happening.
Strange that the latest ITK actually suggest Eriksen could be off, one would think that we would be able to fend off Italian clubs, even Juve at least for another season. Unless Poch is actually okay with selling him.... Would be hard to replace him tho and we would need to spend big moneys.
Even though his injury record is appalling ( something that you of all posters should know)
Two years left on his contract, either he signs new contract or Levy will surely sell. Cannot imagine such a valuable player being allowed to run his contract down to one year. Time will tell.
It's a number that is depressing. We are in CL, they aren't. We have an awesome new stadium coming, theirs will take years. We have a far bigger fan base than them. We have the best young team in the country, their squad requires total overhaul. Yet still they can get £60M a season just for their kit. Incredibly depressing to think the objective perception is that Chelsea is that much of a bigger club than Tottenham.
As someone else said, maybe it depends on what terms we are offering on a new contract. Eriksen has been relatively underpaid up until now.
Fair,
It's just frustrating because he was confident he was over them, and then came the Wiltshire assault and the Sunderland-goal-injury - big impact injuries rather than injury-proneness injuries.
Why would he go to Serie A tho? ?It's a weak league. I could understand Spain but not Italy. Besides, Italian clubs can't pay big wages.
It's only a matter of time before Eriksen signs a new contract with us IMO. He's said as much in the press very recently.

Actually he does impose him self, but not necessarily in a way that's obvious on match of the day.I wouldn't be that upset with Eriksen leaving as long as we replaced with someone like David Suarez. Think Eriksen flatters to deceive on many occasions. Technically good player, but rarely imposes himself on a game
might as well put this here as well
finders on coys: for the first time ever I have some itk on this one. I'm told it will be 25m then an additional 10m for each year we qualify for the champions league. It doesn't go down if we don't qualify so it will keep going up in theory.
thats about nike obviously
Sorry.. I only check in and skim read most days.. Are you ITK Nigel?Poch says 'uh uh'
It's Bentaleb that Palace are trying (pointlessly) for anyway
Rumour is Juventus are one of them. It would be a nightmare if we sold him. Would show we haven't really changed at all.

I think the club (Poch and his team) has proved that Mason can play through a whole season. As you rightly say above but for impact injuries he's been remarkably trouble free.
