King going but gallas styaing is fucking jokes. King untilthe Arsenal game was as good as ever. he got smashed by a youth keeper in training the day before the arse game but we had no choice but to keep playing him. the FA cup Semi final King was by far our best player and significanlty better than Gallas.

His role has to change but i'd be fucking furious if we ditched him baring in mind the facts. he has a knee clean up op and then i expect him to return to being our best CB when required.

King will be signing a new contract very soon!

Sorry - double post - too many windows open at same time - this is also in the Transfer Twitter thread

So according to JJetset Levy wasn't just in Holland (or Amsterdam)
According to wpd659 Levy met with a Brazilian players agent.

Damaio's agency, although nearly solely having Brazilian players on its books, is based in Munich.

Could Levy have gone to Munich, or at least met someone from http://www.boavista-consulting.de/ in Amsterdam?
Easy enough, it is only a few hours on train?

Gallas signed a 2 year contract last year so barring a transfer he will be here...

Well, he must have used a Babelcopter if my completely fictional theory stands up.

Point is that the two bits of ITK could be linked and it would be easy enough for Levy to meet Damaio's agent if they met halfway or something.

Cuellar has been released on a free by Villa, decent player and can cover the entire back line, would be better bet than Nelsen IMHO as experienced back up

it's as much about football as sentiment. I really think it's odd that King can be great until feb, have a valid reason for dropping off form (the training clash) and then a very reasonable solution to the problem (clear out op and rest) but be written off so horrendously. He's 31 (only) naturally fit with an amazing track record of bouncing back.

seriously some people can fuck off

If King is signing a playing contract and Gallas doesn't decide that he wants to move to the US/China/Dubai... then there is almost no chance we will keep Caulker on the books. I don't think we can have 6 centre back, even 5 is a push.

I find it quite funny that after about 2 years of trying that we still don't know the terms of Leandros transfer.
