IF Arsenal are in for him he will go there.

Champions League Football + Higher Wages = NO BRAINER!!!

The thing is if true again the club have only themselves to blame. Its been pretty obvious for the last 4 months that both Fabregas and Nasri were leaving and that they would need a couple of signings in midfield. We should of acted allot quicker.

Its fast becoming an absolute disaster.

Que the happy clappers to tell me how I am over reacting!.......

Unfortunately our inability to shift players is killing us

Another window, another severe lack of ambition shown.

Is it officially a disaster? No! Not until the 1st September

A&C peaked with the sublime story of Transfer windows past present and future .

He'll never top that...its quite understandable that he's now gone into a period of artistic reassessment .

Wenger doesn't want a defensive midfielder he already has Song and Frimpong, ok you might not see that as a good enough reason but if they take Diarra it is tantamount to saying Frimpong isn't up to it which would mean Wenger admitting he got something wrong and that, my friends, will never happen.
Plus the obvious of course, Diarra doesn't rhyme.:)

You are over-reacting as this is one bit of ITK in the face of a wave of ITK saying that he's close to signing for us.

If we don't manage to tie this one up though it will look pretty bad for all involved, although if he's been dicking us about on wages then there's not alot we can do to 'act alot quicker'.

I cant believe that adebayor and diarra haven't signed yet. Normally the ITKs argue about who were are going to sign but all were agreed and only arguing over when they would be announced! Crazy. I'm still keeping the faith but struggling.

That article is over 2 years old and footballers change their hearts and minds a lot more often than that. A week is a long time in football (perhaps something that Levy hasn't quite grasped).

I always had a fear that the longer the "signing" of Diarra went on that Arsenal in particular would come in and nab him. He is ideally suited for them and now they have money to burn.

I hope that the deal we had agreed was indeed "100% done" else i can see this latest information being true. If it is then it should be a severe lesson learnt to wrap deals up quickly and would serve us right in many ways.

It also raises the question of how much good leaked transfer info does to a club. Whilst we all love ITK, all we then do is put potential transfers into the public domain (yes journos and media monitor fan forums).
