Some much for "DONE".

"Done" should be the ITK code for "don't have a fucking clue".

Still, to put a positive spin on it, it is quite possible that this is all just BS so as mot to piss of the Madrid fans in teh event that the deal doesn't happen. Perhaps Lass is more intelligent or better advised than little Rodent boys.

Right....most of this has come from Twitter. Please remember...

2. No Twitter.
3. No media links...these should go in the player threads.

Consider this everyone's first and final warning.

Fair play, but it's a bit of a gray area don't you think, since it directly contridicts our ITK, and thus is directly related to ITK?

Just checking

this place is more volatile than a 3 tonne barrel of plutonium. As soon as there is a whiff of negative ITK, the vultures are released to start swooping round "little daniel levy's" office. Yes, i agree its frustrating that we seem to be leaving it late, but if the deals take that long to get into our budget then thats what we have to do. When will people realise that we CANT compete with city or chelsea when it comes to signing people, and agents are always going to hold out to see if they can entice these clubs in to make a few extra million. Yes, levy has his faults, but without doubt he has the best interests of the club at heart. why wouldnt he?

And all those people going on about how liverpool are spending money left rights and centre. Lets just see what happens if they dont qualify for the CL.

My main feeling is that Dirarra is a no go.

And we will make a last ditch for Parker and confirm Adebayor.

Here's a novel idea for some of you - why don't you wait untill an official line on the transfer is said and then comment rather than second guessing and basing opinions on relatively little.

Just because a deal hasn't been announced yet doesn't necessarily mean a deal in principle hasn't been struck and for whatever reason the negotiating clubs deem it not fit to announce until a suitable time, we will just have to accept this and be patient.

Even in the worst case scenario of signing no one, we still have a great squad and we can still have a great season and I think people really need to get a grip on the reality of this situation and regardless of how this transfer window pans out, we have alot to look forward to this season.

Peanut on COYS re Brian Ruiz:
Our interest is very minor, doubt we will go for him as Harry doesn't want him.

This is rather disappointing, I thought he looked pretty decent

Is there anyone Harry actually does want?

so basically you are saying we should not have an ITK forum?

Just a 'deal is on the OS' forum?

There was ITK claiming the Diarra deal could well be off. We are debating that in this thread, the ITK discussion thread.

Perhaps you're on the wrong page? Sounds like what you want to go is head over to www.tottenhamhotspur.com and hit F5 ad infinitum.

Scott Parker, e's a triffic lad, a top top top top player, you'd ave im in yer team, etc.

I think what he's saying is don't let your life and emotions be run by ITK. A positive bit of ITK doesn't mean we're going to sign everyone and win the league. A negative bit of ITK doesn't mean we're going to sign nobody and get relegated.

I think it was just a general call to apply some common sense!
