I'm still a bit skeptical about Ghostofarmo's info, not because I don't believe him but because it doesn't make any sense.

I don't doubt that he would sign for us once an offer had been accepted, but unless West Brom are really looking to piss off their fans by directly lying to them, a bid cannot have been accepted.

Maybe he means a significant bid is imminent.

He has sacked Aidy Ward who was his agent, previously working with Segal at ISM before leaving. Berahino may even be being represented by Segal again...

One thing that is bizarre though is why WBA would tweet that if it was imminent. Surely they would have had an idea of our interest by now.

Surely its a case of no bid has been made but one is imminent. Levy will have an idea of what WBA want, they'll know the player wants to leave, just a case of negotiations.

Let's be honest, few of us have ever been in a situation where we're attempting to do a deal involving £millions, some people seem to think its like popping into Sports Direct for some trainers.

It's The Scout. He used to post on COYS/FTL and is/was well known but now only posts on FTL as far as I know and lost his account so uses his mate's old account, ghostofarmo.
