Obviously we're getting dangerously close to straying off topic and this descending into some sort of moaning about the moaning of moaning vortex.

But if the 48 hours ITK is good, surely we'll be seeing Ade and Bobby both go together. It would be a good start to the week if that could happen by Tuesday and maybe have at least a German or two, or a shiney Berahino signed and sealed to make their debuts at WHL next week.

The Man Utd game is too close even if a player was brought in in the next 20 mins. I think we can reconcile ourselves to that at least.

If Ade stays we are shafted then.

He could make the tea. But yes, you get the feeling that we really need to see the back of him if we're going to be in decent shape to start pushing to make any deal that might involve a first 11 player happen.

The best ITK this summer has been the bits about us being more organised than ever with a clear plan and an apparent consensus between board & management. We'd all like big signings wrapped up quickly in an ideal world but having and sticking to the plan, whatever it may be, should be the key if we want to progress.
This is what I think. I've been on the verge of turning into a skeptic for a while now but, overall, this window does feel very different to other windows and I'm secretly hoping that we'll do what needs to be done and I can go back to being the naturally positive supporter I am. It's not ideal to buy players in late, but I'd rather have them than not at all. Yeah, people are having a little moan here and there but that's part and parcel of transfer windows. We're all Spurs supporters at the end of the day and it's easy to forget that at times with all of the bickering we do.

I can understand the frustration due to previous windows. I do think however that some of you could look at the cutest little new born seal pup, and the first thought that would enter your heads would be..."Bound to get eaten by a polar bear".

Because it's not all just down to us. Players making sure they take the best decision, Agents trying to squeeze every last penny, Selling clubs making sure they have replacements in place etc etc. Transfers are hugely complicated and its should not be underestimated just how much work goes into getting a player that has options.

Anyone else reading this as City's interest complicated the Berahino deal?

and the rest would be "do we really want it if its not good enough that a polar bear wants to eat it?"

But if a polar bear has eaten your last 7 seal pups, who can blame us?! :D

You must remember that cabbage only taste half decent with a little pinch of salt. Even then it never tastes as good as you hope.

Or has all the cabbage been eaten by that pesky Goat? I've been away.

Seems some have forgotten the whole 'pinch of salt' thing....

There have been a number of posts today taking the piss out of the info and there have been exactly the same number of users who are now out of here.

It won't be tolerated. At all. This forum absolutely depends on ITK's sharing what they get.

And I don't care much if anyone thinks that's harsh, unfair or whatever, its just a great shame that this still needs repeating.
