I'm alive. I started a new job in August which started slowly, but now has brutal hours at times. I've mustered enough energy for a few Nuno Out posts after the last few months though, because he was genuinely the worst manager in our history.

Glad you're well & great to hear the new job is going well bud.

You're a ****, but you're our **** :finger:

Still not comfortable till he’s signed, thankfully I didn’t pull the trigger with my sky sports cancellation 3 weeks ago as I couldn’t be bothered phoning. He’ll certainly give the ones not pulling their weight a swift kick in the balls

THFC….. the soap opera that never stops giving…. Can you imagine (no disrespect intended) supporting a team like burnley - no manager turnover every 2 years, no major expectations in the EPL / cups, no dramas of super leagues etc. no real chance of pulling off any major coups…. Never change Spurs ?
Absolute rollercoaster ? soap ? opera of a football team.

Let’s dare to dream again ??

Can’t wait to see the way he’s announced, interviews etc, hopefully Conte and Paratici absolutely buzzing after a few espressos ☕️ ????⚽️??❤️

However, in true d1 fashion he/she can’t resist a dig at Levy:
‘Conte will be our manager until feb/ March 2023

levy will give him 3 signings in Jan, will make cl and win a cup this season

come the summer when conte really wants what he needs for a title bid levy will revert to type and say we can’t compete with Newcastle , city etc

once we drop our cl and the title race in early 2023 conte will do one ‘
Send this to d1

It's been quite a chore watching spurs for the last few years. I hope that this marks the return of some pride.

I wonder how ticket sales for Thursday evening have gone ....
I can imagine the atmosphere will be the antithesis of Saturday evenings.

It has and when we hired Jose I thought that was a statement of intent but I think this is more serious than that.
If he has agreed to come then we have to be prepared to back him and I think he can deliver, we are only five points off 4th so who knows CL could be possible.
Whatever way you look at it this is a serious statement of intent by hiring one of the best managers in world football.

I don't really understand the anxiety about his contract length. Surely at this juncture this makes sense for both parties. As things stand.
