The entrance 13 seconds into the video looks nothing like the one in the picture.

Could it be a pic of the new offices levy is in above the sainsburys instead of the training ground?

Would explain it looking like an office entrance.

Not ready till September according to Harringay Independant.

No, it really doesn't. Look at the shape of the room, the floors, the colours of the walls, the distance from the glass walls to the rooms interior and there is a big ass white pillar in the Southampton entrance. It's not the same room.

Just watched the video and it is nothing like where Pochettino and presumably his sons are shown to be in the picture. Just wishful thinking on the part of the Southampton fans IMO.

Wasn't that because the director of football was sacked?

Not Director of Football.

Nicola Cortese was Executive Chairman and was a banker by trade, prior to joining Southampton.

But yes, when Cortese was effectively forced out, Pochettino reconsidered his position.

Bullshit! The fans back every manager when we're playing pretty football.

You can't always win pretty - as soon as our fans get their heads around it, we might actually back a manager through thick and thin.

A lot of our crowd won't even sing when we're winning anymore.
Not every manager when we play pretty football. The amount of people that harry didn't rotate enough, and we were weak I'm defence ect. There's always some moaning. But agreed winning isn't enough for us fans

I guess what Beats1 was saying was that he was prepared to leave Southampton although in that case it was seemingly more a point of principle. Whether he would have left for another club coming in for him, we'll never know.

Probably a security gate to Levy's office. Stops players from complaining about the manager every 5 minutes.

No

Cortese had talks with Pochettino and managed to convince him to stay before then resigning

But the story was that if Cortese was forced out, then Pochettino would have to reconsider his position. Cortese persuading Pochettino to stay supports that theory.

The main question is, had the situation been one, not of principle but because another club had come in for him, would he then have resigned? We'll never know. I can't even remember what the original point was now!
